To Love-Ru:Manga Possibly Ending

Edit:More news on the situation has come to light.It seems the rumors were dismissed indefinitely as just plain rumors.Yay for ecchi!!

Shit!! My week just went from bad to worse.I was having a hangover this morning from studinging my brains out and I go on to read some shounen jump and stuff.Behold…some random French guy claims that To Love-Ru’s manga is ending by the end of the month HERE.

Anyway I had a feeling that something was up after the Trouble quest ended.When Rito semi-confessed that he might like Lala the story started going to fillers.But,the site claims that the rumours are from reliable sources while not specifying anything.I think its best to wait for some word from jump before causing a ruckus.

Mx0 to End soon

This has to be the worst news since they announced that bleach was going back to stupid fillers.The only thing worse about this is that I only knew about it today.Yasuhiro Kano,the man resposible for inspiring me to read ecchi manga for many many years has got to be the most unlucky person on earth.This last work,Pretty Face,was cancelled prematurely after a year.The problem was,I loved every single chapter of his works.I love his art style,I love his sense of humour and his erotic tastes depicted in his manga.

The good news is that its going to be a few more chapters before the end,but I just hope he gets back on his feet after this devastating news to bring us more of his works soon.

Its so not fair that spring breaks comes after exams…but luckily I’m not stressing too much over it yet XD.But to relax I’m talking about one of my umm what should I call it?Interesting mangas.Apparently there are lots of lolicons out there and I’m afraid I’ll be one of them soon*slaps face*no I won’t be one of them!!Fight the power!!

First off I feel relieved and in pain at the same time.The reason for the former being that nothing horrible happened to Horo yet this episode but I am suffering from a mild flu (X_X) Anyway,back to spicy wolf.

New manga:Nurarihyon no Mago (Shounen Jump)

Okay this is a new manga which is serialised in the Weekly Shounen Jump(Shueisha) in Japan and I’ll be doing the first chapter which is a heavy 55 pages long.The one-shot is already scanlated by Boredom and while I cannot guarantee I can finish before anybody else I should at least explain why I’m sort of inactive these days.SO these few days will be mostly spent cleaning up manga raws while I will still blog spice and wolf + minami-ke okawari starting episode 10.

And if anybody wants to help I’m still open to it but knowledge of photoshop is a must.And also I am still thinking about the name of my scanlation group.You can suggest some names and I’ll be sure to credit you if I use it.

Minami-ke:Okawari + My new scanlation group with samples

I felt its high time I said something about this given that I was a mindless follower of the series last year and still a casual watcher of the second season.After weeks of thought about regarding why the first season was so amazing and why the second season okawari was mediocre compared to the comedy genius depicted previously.Both came from the same manga yet have different comedic effects.I have drawn the conclusion that it was entirely the animation studio’s brilliant script editing rather than the manga itself being mediocre which was the reason behind its success.

Mai-Otome manga review

 

Since I was reminded about mai-otome when the ova of the prequel came out, I figured that I should say something about the manga.I found it a long time ago while hunting for manga and I was skeptical at first if the story was going to keep my interest since I don’t really get sci-fi/fantasy manga that much.But I was surprised.Great artwork.One of the best I have seen in a long time.The characters are lovable once you get to know them.But the main draw I saw was the romance.The constant conflict between duty and love between the characters(sometimes in a wrong way) was the thing that kept my interest.

Looks like my random internet surfing has paid off in a big LOL cheque.I admit that I am not familiar with “Higurashi no naku koro ni” or as its written “ひぐらしのなく頃に” since I only watched 1 episode but I remember enough to know what this is. As the commentator said”Drama CD, Higurashinakukoroni ,commercial sket,that final paradise, where are you?”(Sorry if its wrong since I’m not too fluent in Japanese).So here is the translations I did:

Note:I dunno if the translation I did for the part above is correct >.< but I think its 80% accurate.I had to cut of a  couple of words since I didn’t get it too well.

Ichinensei ni Nachattara review

I think lately I haven’t been blogging about manga enough.So I think I should do something interesting.Based on my limited japanese the title roughly translates to “If he became a first-grader”.The genre is comedy,lolicon,school life,ecchi(nice..^^).Notice I’m picking up a lolicon series since I have an affection for Moetan(the mahou shoujo in my banner =D).
